Planning permission
I'm unsure. How do I check if I need permission?
Contact the Planning Department of you local council. They will be happy to advise you. It might be a good idea to have some measurements or even a sketch of you proposed new shed, garage, conservatory or greenhouse at the ready so that you can explain the situation clearly.
