Supplied as
standard as black 112mm (41/2" approx) half round
PVCu gutters with stop ends and running outlet, 68mm
(23/4" approx) diameter downpipe and shoe, downpipe
cut to length so that water is discharged through the
shoe onto the base. (If you want to take the guttering
into a soakaway, this work should be carried out by
others). The guttering is fitted to the building by
using specially fabricated galvanised steel brackets,
fitted at approximately 1.219 (4'0") centres. The
downpipe can be positioned at the front or rear of the
building, please ask your agent to specify. If you do
not specify, the downpipe will be fitted to the rear
of the building. Available on the Apex range as either
1 side (with 1 downpipe and shoe), 2 sides (1 downpipe
and shoe per side) or 2 sides and rear (ie. 1 down pipe
and shoe). On the Newbury Spar and Flat Spar range,
guttering is available on the rear elevation only. Guttering
can be supplied in white, if required.
